The Balluff BNI007Z (BNI IOL-302-002-K006) is a robust IO-Link sensor/actuator hub designed for efficient signal distribution in industrial automation systems. It features eight M12x1 female ports (5-pin, A-coded) and supports 16 configurable PNP digital I/O channels. Operating on 18–30.2 VDC, it communicates via IO-Link 1.1 at COM2 (38.4 kBaud) and offers a minimum process data cycle of 3.5 ms. Housed in a durable PA enclosure with an IP67 rating, the BNI007Z is built for harsh environments and supports up to 4A per power segment for both sensors and actuators.
